Dustin Wright
Owner, Lead Instructor
In 2009, Dustin began his law enforcement career in North Carolina. During his tenure, Dustin was privileged to be the incident commander for multiple crisis events leading a team of officers and collaborating with various units. In addition, Dustin has attended numerous training courses, participating in debriefs on critical incidents stretching his awareness and knowledge in the field of real-life threats. Due to these experiences, Dustin quickly became a passionate instructor and expert in tactical training and psychological stability needed for stressful situations.
Dustin understands the importance of technology and how it can enhance safety. Combining technological advances and proactive training will increase safety by recognizing threats prior to an incident occurring.
Outside of work, Dustin has partnered with various organizations such as TACTICA and non-profit groups assisting with teaching, mentoring, and training such as firearms. Dustin’s local and global experiences have equipped him in understanding different approaches to leadership and safety.
Dustin is married to his wife Ashley of 12 years and together they have three children: Chloe, Peyton, and Maverick. When he’s not working, Dustin enjoys reading, working out, hiking, and relaxing with family and friends.
